This is horizontal menu in which its sub-tabs are displayed in two columns and is also made with CSS, without any scripts.

Two steps must follow:
1. Copy & Past the CSS Script2. Copy & Past the HTML Code.
Step 1:
1. Click Theme in Blogspot Dashboard.
2. Click Customize >> Advanced >> Add CSS :

4. Click Back to Blogger.
