How to check the song or music is copyrighted - YouTube music Restrictions Audio Library

Full Navigation Steps:

Login to the https://youtube.com
Click on your logo
Select Creator studio in the list

Click Create in the Left side YouTube dashboard
Click on Audio Library 
here now 2 tabs are there

1) Audio Library:

Free music: If you want to use background music in your video. use these music sounds only.  

Sound effects: If you want small sounds wnat use background of your video. use these musci sounds.

Remove Ad-supported music option in youtube.


Have different music in your video? 
Click Check its copyright policies
              or
2) Music Policies:

restricted music files displayed. if use these music files as yr background video then your video is not monetized for earning.

Ex: Click on Happy in the list. See in this monetization message: you can't monetize your video. so don't use these music files as background of yr video.
Note: the copyright owners can change their policies. like this Check musics file copy rights.
