How to speed Up a Video in Camtasia Studio 9

1. Drag the video from media to the timeline.

2. R-Click on the video >> select Add Visual Effect >> Clip Speed.
      Or
Visual Effects >> Drag Clip Speed Object on to the respective video clip.

3. Click on the Up Arrow (Effect Added) Symbol to adjust the clip speed. Now hold the corner of that video clip (double arrows appear) to move left and right to adjust the clip speed & duration of the video.
       Or
Go to properties (Click Wheel symbol) and decrease time in seconds for fast moving the clip speed.

Example: take 15 seconds video
Step 1. In general, video clip speed 1.28x, 15 seconds, 12 frames
Now reduce to 15 to 5 seconds
Go to the initial stage of the video and run the video and observe the clip movement.

Note: 1.00x is the normal clip speed than anything below that make it slower.

Step 2: If you want to video movement to faster now change the video clip speed 3.50x
Go to the initial stage of the video, after run the video and observe the clip movement.

Step 3: If you want to video movement faster, change the video clip speed 5.50x
Go to initial stage of the video then after run the video and observe the clip movement. (It is best fast clip movement)

Like this we can speed up the video.
